Simply speak freely, and Ponderare will capture, transcribe, and analyze your reflections to help you notice patterns, emotions, and themes over time. Insights appear once Ponderare has enough reflections to identify meaningful patterns. You’ll start to see initial insights after 3–5 recordings, and weekly summaries become available after at least seven days of activity. The more consistently you record, the more your second brain can surface trends, connections, and insights unique to your way of thinking.
