How I Ponderare: Co-founder Lana
Sometimes I start an entry unsure, and by the time I finish, I have made a decision simply by talking it out. It gets my brain going. If the morning starts off chaotic, I am able to clear the air and reset by giving myself verbal affirmations like, “Okay, I am still going to have a good day.”
Some days, I use it in the evening when I can finally take a breath. It is easy to sit and talk where I am, without needing a setup.
