For transcription, audio is processed in real time and is not retained by our transcription provider after processing.

Transcription
Deepgram converts your voice to text in real time. Audio sent for transcription is not retained after processing.
Your original recordings remain stored securely in your account.
Analysis
OpenAI and Anthropic generate insights from your text.

OpenAI retains API data for up to 30 days, then deletes it in accordance with their policy
These services process data only to provide functionality—they do not own your content.

Withdrawing consent does not affect data that has already been processed.
Previously generated insights may remain unless you delete your account.
